This spectacular feather lei hulu is wili or tied individually to a central cord in the style of traditional Hawaiian lei making. It is hand-stitched by Boris Kekaiuluikahikina Huang, an apprentice of renowned Hawaii lei master Auntie Mary Lou Kekuewa. Boris painstakingly handcrafts Hawaiian feather leis at his home in Honolulu, Hawaii.
